Nuvrana Shipping Policy

At Nuvrana, we understand the importance of timely and reliable shipping. Please review our policy below.
Processing Time

Standard processing: Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1 business day (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and U.K. public holidays.

Peak periods: During promotions or high-volume seasons, processing may take up to 1–3 business days. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Shipping Methods
We offer Standard and Express shipping options. Available services depend on your destination, carrier availability, and product type.
Carriers we commonly use: Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, FedEx, and other trusted partners.
Shipping Rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions.

Any applicable taxes, VAT, import duties, or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility (see “Customs & Duties”).
U.K. Shipping (Duties & VAT)
Orders valued at £140 or less (including product price and shipping) are typically not subject to import duties.
For orders over £140, U.K. Customs may apply import duties, VAT, and/or clearance fees, which are set by government authorities and are not controlled by Nuvrana.
Refusing to pay these charges may result in your order being returned or destroyed without refund.
Nuvrana does not reimburse such fees.

Delivery times depend on the selected method, destination, and carrier conditions. Estimates below are from the ship date (after processing):

Note: Weather delays, customs inspections, or carrier issues can occasionally affect delivery times.
Tracking & Updates
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.
Change of Address
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@nuvrana.com with your order number and the updated address.
We’ll do our best to accommodate the change, but once an order is processed or shipped, address updates cannot be guaranteed.
Order Cancellation
We work fast to dispatch orders. You have a 2-hour window from the time of purchase to request cancellation.
Please email support@nuvrana.com with your order number right away.
If your order has already entered processing or been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received the package, check with neighbors or your local delivery office first.

If still unresolved, contact the carrier and then email support@nuvrana.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
We will help open a carrier investigation.
Resolutions (replacement or refund) depend on the outcome of the carrier’s report.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact support@nuvrana.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund and cover any return shipping costs if applicable.
Customs & Duties (Outside the U.K.)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs procedures may also delay delivery times, which are beyond our control and not considered valid grounds for refund or return.
Undeliverable / Refused Shipments
Packages returned due to invalid address, refusal to pay customs fees, or unclaimed deliveries may be refunded minus:

Original shipping cost,

Return shipping cost, and

A small restocking fee (if applicable).
To reship, additional postage fees will apply.
Split Shipments
In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple packages for faster delivery.
Each package will include its own tracking number.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
If an item is marked pre-order or backorder, the estimated dispatch date will be listed on the product page or at checkout.
Your full order may ship once all items are available unless otherwise arranged.
P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
