Children’s Privacy

We do not retain full payment credentials; processors may retain limited data per PCI DSS and legal requirements.

To review, update, or correct your information, log in to your account (if available) or contact support@nuvrana.com. We may take steps to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.
Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure, or use. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support@nuvrana.com immediately.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet our records-retention requirements.
Mobile Terms of Service (SMS)
The Nuvrana mobile messaging service (the “Service”) is operated by Nuvrana. By consenting, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Nuvrana to the mobile number you provide. Messages may be sent via an autodialer. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
