Nuvrana Refund Policy

At Nuvrana, we strive to provide our customers with the highest-quality wellness products designed to support a healthier, more energized life.
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the return process as smooth and fair as possible.

 


 

Return Policy

We offer a 100-day return policy, which means you have 100 days after receiving your item to request a return — even if you’ve used it!

 


 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned in its original state, with all parts and packaging complete.

  • Items must not be excessively damaged or missing components.

  • Returns must be initiated within the 100-day window.

 


 

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at support@nuvrana.com.
Include your order number, full name, and a short explanation of the reason for the return or feedback on how we can improve our products.

 


 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving an incorrect, defective, or damaged item).

  • Once you request a return, our team will email you the estimated return shipping cost for approval. After you confirm, we’ll send you a link to initiate the return process.

  • The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund once we receive and inspect the item.

Note: Delays caused by customs or shipping carriers are beyond our control and are not considered valid reasons for a return.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or in the wrong color or variant, we’ll cover all return shipping costs. Please contact support@nuvrana.com within 14 days of delivery to report the issue.

 


 

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and complete an inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days, minus any applicable return shipping cost.

  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

 


 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product for a different variant or bundle option, please contact support@nuvrana.com.

Once approved:

  1. We’ll send you an invoice for the return shipping cost and any price difference (if applicable).

  2. After payment, you’ll receive a link to register your return. Select “Exchange” when prompted.

  3. Once we’ve received and inspected your item, we’ll issue a store credit via email so you can reorder your preferred product.

 


 

Return Denial

Nuvrana reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy guidelines.
Returns sent outside the 100-day period or to an unauthorized address will not be accepted or refunded.

 


 

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@nuvrana.com.
We’ll provide return instructions and arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

 


 

Order Modification / Cancellation

We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping, often within a few hours.
Because of this, we can’t always guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after purchase.

If you need to make a change or cancel an order, contact support@nuvrana.com as soon as possible.
We’ll do our best to assist you if your order hasn’t yet shipped.
